Dr. Agarwal was born in India, but raised here in North Carolina.  It’s not a surprise that he is passionate about dentistry.  Being the son of a dentist, he decided dentistry was going to also be his career path early in high school.  In fact, he was accepted to a prestigious accelerated six year dental program directly from high school (only 12 students accepted yearly) at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.  After graduation in 1999, he moved back to Raleigh, North Carolina to establish Dental Arts.

Dr. Tarun Agarwal is passionate about dentistry!  To stay abreast of the latest developments in dentistry, he regularly attends educational programs.  He has completed extensive continuing education in cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry.  In fact, he is regularly invited to teach other dentists from around the country.

In his free time, Dr. Agarwal enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing golf.
